You are judgedon the week. This is what runs it.
Source the writers, fill the roster, publish the run of show, protect what is confidential, and close every split before anyone flies home.
Day 2 · Wednesday
48 writers in.
One writer still to confirm.
A label's artist camp is not an agency's brand brief
The builder asks what kind of week this is, then gets out of the way.
Music publishers
Catalogue-driven camps: get your writers in rooms with artists and each other, and get the splits closed before load-out.
Record labels
Artist camps around a record, usually unannounced. Private, NDA-gated, no public roster, no listing anywhere.
Artist and writer management
A week built around one person's album, with the right co-writers and producers in the right order.
Brand and ad agencies
Brief-led camps where the deliverable is a track for a campaign, and approvals matter as much as the writing.
Networks and festivals
Public camps with open applications, big rosters, a showcase at the end and a directory listing that fills the room.
Academies and courses
Year-round teaching: sessions instead of blocks, coaches instead of producers, and a cohort you track across terms.
Everything between the idea and the last signature
The camp builder
Identity, dates, venue, rooms, capacity, writer count, rotation rule, visibility, applications, template, publish. Draft it now, finish it tomorrow.
A landing page
Generated from your answers, on camp.ac or your own domain. Your logo and colors from Studio up; fully custom on Enterprise.
Applications and review
Your questions on top of the writer's own profile. Filter, read, shortlist, offer, decline, note. Accepted offers join the roster automatically.
Roster and invitations
Writers, coaches, producers and staff with role, status, PRO, IPI, publisher, city and arrival. Named invitations with private links, tracked to accept or decline.
Groups and rotation
Automatic no-repeat rotation, honest warnings when the maths cannot work, manual overrides, locking and conflict flags.
Schedule and run of show
A board of days and rooms you publish deliberately, and a printed run of show generated from the same data.
What you keep private stays private
A private camp is excluded at the database, not hidden in the interface. Writers see nothing until they accept a named invitation and sign the NDA.
NDA before detail
The invitation shows the host and nothing else until it is signed.
No public roster
Who is in the room is visible to HQ and the room. Nowhere else.
Organizer-only notes
Travel and dietary notes never surface in the writer portal.
What software cannot do for your camp
Choosing the room
Camp will not tell you who belongs at your camp. Curation is the job — we make it faster to see the profile and the credits, and that is all.
The brief and the coaching
What the camp is for, and what makes a good session, comes from you and your coaches. There is no template for a good room.
Travel, visas and catering
We hold arrival times, travel notes and dietary requirements so you can act on them. We do not book flights or feed anyone.
Deals and registration
We are not a publisher and take no share of anything written. Splits are recorded and signed here; registering them with your PRO stays with you.
Stand up your camp this afternoon
Basic is free and takes one camp all the way through. Brand-led or confidential work goes through Enterprise.
