Your songs arethe qualification.

Join free, build a profile that plays, and be found by the people staffing camps this year.

Free, permanently. No cut of your songs, ever.

Join free, get found, go and write

Open to anyone whose music is good enough.

  1. Join free

No card, no tier, no trial that runs out. The organizer pays for the camp; you never do.

  2. Build a profile that argues for you

Songs that play in one click, plus credits, PRO and IPI, and the city you fly out of. Twenty minutes, once.

  3. Be found by people who are looking

Organizers search this network by craft, city and availability, play your tracks, and shortlist. Most of them are short of good writers right now.

  4. Apply to camps around the world

Your profile fills the application; the organizer's questions sit on top. Then you watch the status instead of the inbox.

  5. Get picked, and go

Your room, your block, your co-writers and your coach are on your phone before you get out of the taxi, and they move when HQ moves them.

  6. Write, and come home credited

Your name on the split sheet, signed before load-out, and three or four people you will still be writing with in twenty years.

The directory already exists. Go and look.

Tracks you can play, cities you can find people in, and who is open to camps. It is the same list organizers search from HQ.

A profile that reads like a writer, not a spreadsheet row

Fill it once. It follows you into every application, roster and split sheet.

Your showcase

A streamable playlist of the songs that get you into future rooms: releases you wrote on and demos you are happy to share. Add notes on your parts and contributions, song by song.

Craft

Topline, lyrics, production, arrangement, session playing, whatever you actually do in a room.

Instruments and languages

What you can pick up, and what you can write in.

Credits

Song, artist, year. Short and true; nobody needs a discography.

PRO and IPI

On file once. This is the field that lets a split sheet be finished at all.

Where you'll travel from

Home city, travel radius, and whether you are open to camps right now.

Missing PRO or IPI is the one gap that stops a split sheet being completed, so Camp tells you about it early rather than at demo day.

Your name on the split, before anyone flies home

Key, BPM, contributors and percentages, with signatures showing. It is the same sheet your co-writers see, so no version goes round on WhatsApp.

  • Percentages visible to everyone on the song
  • Live lyrics your group writes in together, voice memos recorded in the app, tap to tempo
  • Your PRO and IPI already on file, so it can be finished
  • Export a copy for your own admin

What the path sounds like

Sample writers from our demonstration environment, marked as such.

“I had songs and no way of showing them to anyone who books rooms. The profile did the arguing for me — three tracks, my PRO, and where I can get to on a train.”
Bex HalloranBristol, United KingdomSample
“First camp I applied to, I didn't know a soul. I left with four songs, my name on the splits, and two people I still write with every month.”
Elena SorleyGlasgow, United KingdomSample
“I found out I was in Room 2 with a coach and three writers before I got on the plane. That is the whole difference. You land ready to work.”
Beatriz LimaSão Paulo, BrazilSample
“Splits signed in the room, the day we wrote it. I have chased a split sheet for a year before. Never again.”

What Camp does not do

We take no cut of your song

Camp is not a publisher. We do not claim, administer or collect on anything you write.

We do not own your work

Lyrics, clips and demos you upload stay yours. You can delete or export them whenever you want.

Writers never pay

The organizer pays for the camp. Your profile, applications and portal are free, permanently.

We do not sell your details

Organizers of camps you apply to see your profile. Nobody else does, and your public profile is off unless you switch it on.

Send us your details and your music.

If you would rather not build a profile yet, tell us who you are. Organisers looking for writers in your city hear about you either way.

Start where the next camp will look.

Twenty minutes now, and the next organizer searching for a topliner in your city can hear you before they read a word.

The other side of the room: what organizers get.
