The questions people actually ask

What counts as an active camp?
A camp that is published and has not yet finished. Drafts do not count, and neither do camps that have loaded out. The limit is enforced in the product: past it, you cannot publish another until you archive one.
What happens if a camp hits its writer limit?
Camp stops you adding the next writer and says which plan holds more. Nothing already on the roster is removed or hidden.
Why is annual the default?
It is 20% cheaper and camps are planned months out, so it is usually the honest choice. Monthly is one tap away and costs the list price.
What happens when a camp ends?
It moves to your archive. The roster, groups, schedule, songs and split sheets stay readable, and the camp stops counting against your plan.
Do writers pay?
No. Writers, producers and coaches use Camp free, forever. Organizers pay for the camp; the room does not.
Can you charge writers to apply?
Not yet. Paid applications and admission are on the roadmap for White Label and Enterprise, and we mark them coming soon rather than list them as though they work today.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export rosters, schedules, songs and split sheets as CSV at any time, including after you downgrade. If you cancel, your camps stay readable for 90 days so you can get everything out, then we delete them.
Does Camp take a cut of the songs?
No. We are not a publisher and we do not own, administer or claim any share of anything written at a camp.
Can we change plan mid-camp?
Yes, up or down, and it takes effect immediately. Downgrading below your current camp or roster count keeps existing camps readable. You just cannot publish new ones until you are inside the limits again.
